1. Who We Are

Brand Cav, LLC, operating as The Volley Fuel™ (“we,” “us,” or “our”), provides digital fueling guidance, tools, and educational resources designed for volleyball athletes and their families.

2. Subscription Access

Subscribers receive digital access to our private resources, which may include weekly fueling plans, snack resources, guides, and previously released materials.
Access is granted immediately upon successful payment.

3. Billing & Payments

Monthly subscriptions renew automatically and may be canceled at any time. Access continues through the end of the current billing period.

All Sales are Final/Non-Refundable: Due to the digital nature of our products and immediate access upon purchase, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, prorated credits, or exchanges for any subscription fees, whether monthly or annual.

Annual subscriptions are billed once per year and are non-refundable once access is granted. Annual subscribers may cancel renewal at any time, with access remaining active through the paid term.

4. Cancellations

Canceling your subscription stops future billing.
We reserve the right to revoke access to subscriber-only materials once a subscription ends.

Access to prior plans may be modified or removed after cancellation.

5. Personal Use Only

All content is provided for personal, household use only.
Sharing, reproducing, reselling, or distributing our materials without written permission is prohibited.

6. Intellectual Property

All content made available through The Volley Fuel, including but not limited to meal plans, weekly fuel plans, snack combinations, shopping lists, planning tools, written explanations, frameworks, methodologies, and instructional content, including the athlete fueling system as described within the Program Materials, charts, tables, graphics, layouts, PDFs, and other original materials (collectively, the “Program Materials”), is the exclusive property of Brand Cav LLC, doing business as The Volley Fuel, and is protected by United States copyright and other applicable intellectual property laws.

The Program Materials comprise a proprietary system developed by Brand Cav, LLC for informational and educational purposes. While individual words, short phrases, or descriptive terms may be used in a generic sense, the selection, coordination, structure, presentation, and original expression of the Program Materials constitute protected works.

7. Limited License

Upon purchase or subscription, users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Program Materials solely for personal, non-commercial use in connection with the user’s household or individual athlete.

8. Restrictions

Users may not, without prior written consent from Brand Cav, LLC:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, share, sell, sublicense, or otherwise exploit the Program Materials

• Upload Program Materials to public or private websites, social media platforms, group chats, shared drives, or forums

•  Provide access to Program Materials to individuals who are not active subscribers

• Create derivative works based on the Program Materials for commercial or non-commercial distribution

9. Health & Nutrition Disclaimer

All content is provided for informational purposes only and is not medical or nutritional advice.

10. No Transfer of Ownership

Access to or purchase of the Program Materials does not transfer any ownership rights. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Brand Cav, LLC.

11. Enforcement

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of the Program Materials may result in immediate termination of access without refund and may subject the user to legal action to protect Brand Cav, LLC’s intellectual property rights.

12. Limitation of Liability

The Volley Fuel™, operated by Brand Cav, LLC, is not liable for outcomes related to use of our materials.

13. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principals.
